About The Job
- Lead and manage the collections team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Develop strategies to improve collections, reduce overdue accounts, and achieve KPIs.
- Oversee daily operations, including account follow-ups, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Drive process improvements and implement tools to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights to management.
- Handle escalated cases and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve account issues.
- Assess account risks and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.
