Collections Executive (Banking Industry | Attractive Salary + Incentives)

Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on past due / delinquent accounts
2. Negotiate repayment arrangements (settlements, instalments, payment plans)
3. Ensure effective recovery to reduce credit losses and prevent account escalation
4. Maintain accurate records and update collection system notes
5. Adhere to collection scripts, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements
6. Review accounts for escalation, legal action, or recovery strategy adjustments
7. Achieve individual productivity and recovery targets
8. Support risk management by escalating high-risk accounts and system issues

Qualifications

1. Open to Fresh Graduates or experienced candidates
2. Diploma / Degree in any field (SPM/STPM holders with relevant experience welcome)
3. Experience in:
4. Collections / Credit Control / Debt Recovery (added advantage)
5. Customer service / call centre / sales / telemarketing (fresh grad friendly)
6. Comfortable working in a target-driven and high-pressure environment
7. Good negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
8. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
