Collections Manager

This established financial institution based in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Manager, Collections to join its dynamic business.

Your new role

You will mainly be responsible for leading the collections team to achieve delinquency and recovery targets, managing NPL strategies, and overseeing end-to-end foreclosure processes while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you'll possess:

• Must be from Financial Services industry
  
• Min 3 years leadership experience.
  
• Min 3 years hire purchase collections experience.
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
