About the job Collections Officer (Contract 3-6 months)
Our client is a traditional style club house that has fine river views, with local and international boats regularly passing by. They are open to members of the public and the club house provides an ideal venue for weddings, parties and corporate functions, either on the terrace area. Their catering serves breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and can provide a wide variety of cuisine for group bookings. Our client also offer a bar, pool and wi-fi in all areas, and comprehensive facilities for boat storage, boat maintenance, launching and on the water pontoons. Although well established , they are young at heart and are constantly attracting new members, including families, young people and businesses.
Job Description & Requirements
- The responsibility of the Collections Officer will be to implement strict compliance by Club Members on their payments to the Club for the outstanding balances in their Club accounts.
- The ideal candidate for the position should have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in credit control and or customer service.
- Fluency in BM and English will be essential, speaking a third language will be advantageous.
- The duties of the Collections Officer will include preparing letters and making telephone calls to Members, compiling reports and updating records.
- Good performance may lead to a permanent position.
Remuneration
RM 2,800 - RM 4,000
Work Hours
Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm | May need to work on selected weekends and public holidays
