Commercial Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and independent individual to act as a strategic right-hand to the CCO Office.

This role is not administrative. It is designed for someone who can operate with a consulting mindset, combining analytics, structured thinking, and execution tracking to drive business outcomes.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that key commercial initiatives across the business are progressing with clarity, discipline, and speed, while supporting decision-making through data, insights, and structured reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Commercial Analytics

- Analyse commercial related KPIs

- Translate data into clear insights, risks, and opportunities

- Support strategic decision-making with structured analysis

2. Project & Initiative Tracking (PMO)

- Track progress of key business initiatives across teams

- Ensure accountability, timelines, and follow-ups are maintained

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution

3. Leadership Support

- Act as a thought partner in structuring problems and solutions

- Prepare materials for decision-making (presentations, summaries, recommendations)

- Consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear outputs

4. Reporting & Dashboard Management

- Own and develop dashboards (e.g. Lark Base) for business tracking

- Standardise reporting across functions

- Provide regular progress updates with clear narratives (not just data)

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Planning teams

- Ensure alignment and clarity across different stakeholders

- Drive communication rhythm and updates

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–5 years experience in management consulting, strategy, or commercial analytics roles

- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

- Highly organised with strong follow-through and ownership

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas clearly

- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and presentation tools
