Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hybrid channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting retail, micro channel, and small business customers.
  • Collaborate with dealers to implement sales programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives that drive sell-out performance.
  • Monitor channel performance, analyse market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to partners to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
  • Ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with channel policies.
  • Proactively prospect for new clients, identifying leads.
  • Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
  • Coordinate pipeline management with internal stakeholders and proactively follow up with business partners.
  • Customer Service and providing real-time updates to customers as required
  • Provide customer-orientated service by managing the needs of customers through phone / email, LinkedIn and other mediums
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competitor analysis and monitoring
  • Other tasks as assigned by commercial team lead

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree desirable
  • 35 years of experience in channel or dealer sales, preferably in the commercial, Retail or SMB segment.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid channel models.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
