Job description

1. Business development and commercialization: Responsible for breaking the local AI medical business 0-to-1 bottleneck, focusing on the AI upgrade of electronic information systems in local hospitals and medical institutions, AI-based commercial insurance and convenient payments, and operation of local AI capabilities data. Lead the localization output and implementation of core healthcare business capabilities, and be accountable for final commercialization revenue results.

2. Previous work experience in general health and chronic disease management.

3. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local medical groups, institutions, and ecosystem partners, expand business relationships, and identify business opportunities.

4. Ability to interpret policies and be sensitive to local policies maintain government relations by conducting in-depth research and understanding of local digital economy and healthcare policies, establishing deep and trustworthy dialogue channels with local governments and relevant regulatory authorities Seek cooperation opportunities based on local government policies and promote and facilitate strategic cooperation and alignment between the company's AI capabilities and government projects.

5. Commercial Breakthrough Capability: Possesses a winning attribute, with practical experience in successfully running business models from zero to one and achieving significant commercialization results in overseas/new regional markets, with a results-oriented approach.

6. Localized Resource Integration: Ability to coordinate domestic and local resources to build a healthy local business ecosystem closed loop. Possesses cross-cultural communication and resource integration skills, skilled in handling complex business and external relations.

Job requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in the medical/health industry, 2+ years of hands-on experience in overseas or Southeast Asian markets

2. Experience in medical, health, consultation, medical devices, etc.

3. Hands-on experience running business models from scratch in overseas/new regions and achieving significant commercialization results

4. Policy interpretation skills and sensitivity to local healthcare policies

5. Experience in maintaining government relations, able to establish in-depth dialogue channels with regulatory authorities

6. English is the working language, fluency in Chinese is a preferred advantage
