About the Role

This position, Commercial Excellence Executive reporting to Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible on assisting Commercial Excellence Manager for developing and implementing strategies, processes, and tools (CRM/BI) to enhance sales force productivity, customer engagement, and overall commercial performance. The incumbent will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure overall commercial KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and optimize sales technology solutions, including CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital platforms, to streamline sales processes and ensure date accuracy and integrity.
  • Establish performance dashboards to track commercial Key Result Areas, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. Generate and update policies from time to time.
  • Work with Commercial Excellence Manager on design and develop incentive programs in line with business and market landscape changes.
  • Ensure the performance dashboard and Incentive calculation to be delivered on time given.
  • Develop a comprehensive mapping/tracking of commercial activities including but not limited to sales call planning and reporting quality, coverage, and penetration of targeted customers.
  • Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on the use of dashboards and platforms, ensuring maximum adoption and utilization.
  • Support new countries adoption on commercial excellence strategies in line with Novugen's global expansion plans. Run relevant tests / pilot programs before global launch.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

About You:

  • Must possess a degree in the field of Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Studies, Actuarial Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years related experience in sales operations, or sales effectiveness from Pharma, FMCG, and Healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales process optimization, and performance management principles.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insight
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Powerpoint & Advanced Excel (Macro/VBA functions)
  • Proficient in using Sales CRM systems and tools such as TINOSS, SalesForce.com, Veeva, IQVIA, PowerBI, Tableu etc
