What You'll Do
The role uses data and analytics to identify key drivers of commercial performance, develop execution scorecards, and provide actionable insights that strengthen availability, visibility, and activation in line with Company's Picture of Success (PiCOS). As the single point of accountability, the Executive also manages systems and data integrity.
- Lead the Right Execution Daily agenda by analyzing execution data, identifying key drivers of commercial performance, and providing actionable insights to improve availability, visibility, and activation.
- Develop and manage Right Execution Daily scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely distribution to stakeholders across Sales, Trade Marketing, and Leadership.
- Own Right Execution Daily systems and tools (Right Execution Daily app and Product Master Data), including testing, troubleshooting, and collaborating with IT and global teams to drive system enhancements and optimization.
- Subject matter expert and capability builder, providing training, guidance, and support to sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to embed Right Execution Daily as a daily discipline.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align on execution standards, monitor competitor activity, and ensure market insights inform trade marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics or any related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing, commercial operations, sales support or data analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business implications.
- Confident and articulate communicator, able to influence and challenge cross-functional teams.
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Outspoken, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity while keeping focus on business impact.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with the maturity to engage senior stakeholders and external partners effectively.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and experience with system/process enhancement.
