- Responsible for contract review of various projects and handle all contractual matters of the company.
- Coordinate with clients for commercial matters, which include oversee and conduct on-site visits to clients
- Highlight discrepancies in tender documents and clarify with Consultants/Clients/Subcontractors
- Examine billings, data and eligibility for compliance with terms and contract.
- Draft contractual correspondences
- Responsible for the quantification and cost management of the project
- Cost control for designated project: Timely and regular preparation and tracking of project forecast and internal project cost reports for the project.
- Collaboration in the preparation of the risk analysis regarding commercial, financial and fiscal aspects
- Responsible for compliance and follow-up of all commercial aspects within the project execution and timely reporting according to internal regulations (e.g. cash flow, late payments, potential litigation, budget overruns, etc.)
- Prepare variation orders, cost impact estimates, progress payments and claims
- Prepare sub-contractor variation orders and Finalization of accounts
- Review and advise Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications
- Preparation of certificate of payment to sub-contractor with the evaluation of work done value in accordance to the subcontract agreement
- Timely and regular preparation of forecast project provision of cost and submitting to finance
- Ability to manage sub-contractors is a necessity
- Work with other contract disciplines such as Procurement, Finance, Commercial and Project Managers.
- Assisting in request for quotation from sub-suppliers and unit price calculation, when required
- Involvement in bidding stage of projects, when required
- Support with all commercial questions during the bidding phase
- Ensure effective coordination and timely management of all tender related activity & tender responses
- Displays and promotes Exentec ethics, core values and leaderships principles.
- Maximises employee morale, motivation, team spirit, manages industrial relations and enforces discipline where necessary with HoD / HR.
- Portrays the Company's image to its advantage.
- Projects a positive role model to Company staff.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (skills):
- Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years in handling QS/Contracts Management in construction industry.
