Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing team as Executive, Tender, Commercial & Business Development. This role is pivotal in supporting our tendering, commercial, and client engagement activities, particularly with large oil & gas operators and service companies. The successful candidate will report directly to our Vice President, Client Coverage, International Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate market surveys, RFQs, ITBs, and tenders related to the Company's owned and operated vessels.
- Review tender requirements, identify potential risks, and present findings to management for informed business decisions.
- Assist in commercial and contractual clarifications/qualifications, ensuring terms are aligned with company policies.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender/bid documentation accurately and within deadlines.
- Negotiate and understand commercial and contractual terms with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain and update documentation for commercial tracking, compliance, and audit purposes in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and developing trust and rapport.
- Support business development initiatives including market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Operations, Technical, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.
- Uphold the Company's standards of compliance, ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism in all dealings.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tender and commercial processes.

What we require:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. (Business, Law, Maritime Studies, or Engineering background advantageous).
- Knowledge of maritime operations or contract law is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic and co-curricular achievements are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: articulate, persuasive, and confident in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with high levels of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
