Job Description

Misarma Group of Companies is a diversified and integrated service provider focused on oil and gas engineering, marine support services, industrial supply, and wood-based product manufacturing. We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Commercial Executive to manage tender-related activities and commercial registration processes. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding our client base, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and driving business development through commercial intelligence and platform engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management:

  • Actively monitor multiple client tender platforms to identify and track relevant tender opportunities promptly.
  • Analyze tender documents to understand requirements, scope, and deliverables, ensuring comprehensive coverage in each submission.
  • Collaborate with department heads and project managers to collect necessary technical, financial, and legal documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions that comply with client expectations and internal quality standards.

2. New Client Tender Platforms:

  • Identify and assess new client tender portals, evaluating their alignment with company service capabilities.
  • Oversee the registration of the company on new vendor platforms and ensure regular updates.
  • Maintain a database of active platforms, ensuring login credentials, compliance documents, and company profiles are up to date.

3. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure all company licenses, certificates, and statutory documents are current and ready for submission.
  • Coordinate internal audits and checks to validate readiness for commercial tenders.
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking and updating all commercial registration records.

4. Market Intelligence & Coordination:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities related to commercial submissions.
  • Work with sales and business development teams to align tender opportunities with pipeline planning.
  • Provide weekly and monthly commercial activity reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in tender coordination, commercial documentation, or business development support.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with e-tender platforms and vendor registration systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
