ROLE OBJECTIVE
Drive company growth by expanding billing connectivity, enabling new market entry, and increasing high-quality spending opportunities in the MVAS ecosystem.
Focus: More connections, more markets, more spend capacity, ensuring each opportunity is commercially viable and scalable
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Partnership & Market Expansion
• Identify and secure new connections with telcos, gateways, aggregators, and master aggregators
• Explore and support direct telco connections, including market entry requirements (e.g. local entity setup) • Expand into new countries to unlock additional billing and revenue opportunities
• Evaluate each opportunity based on revenue share, scalability, and ease of execution
2. Product Optimization & Expansion
• Optimize existing products to improve approval rates and secure premium positioning with partners
• Propose and develop new product ideas aligned with market demand and partner requirements
• Define commercial structure including pricing, positioning, and revenue model
• Ensure products are commercially strong before handing over for execution
3. End-to-End Commercial Ownership (Pre-Go-Live)
• Own the full lifecycle from partner acquisition to go-live readiness
• Align commercial terms, product requirements, and market expectations
• Prepare and transfer complete requirements to Commercial Operations (CO) and IT teamsOversee progress to ensure smooth integration and timely launch
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams (CO, IT, Business)
• Ensure all partner requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned internally
• Support issue resolution during onboarding and integration phases
• Maintain alignment to avoid delays or miscommunication
5. Opportunity Development & Growth
• EnablementContinuously identify new ways to increase company spending capacity in MVAS
• Unlock new revenue streams through partnerships, products, and market expansion
• Support scaling of existing connections by identifying improvement opportunities
6. Partner & Payment
• AccountabilityMaintain active communication with partners to ensure smooth collaboration
• Monitor payment cycles and ensure timely collections from operators and partners
• Work with CO and Finance to resolve any billing or reconciliation issues
• Take accountability for payment delays and escalate when necessary
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track progress of new connections, market launches, and product rollouts
• Report on key metrics including:
• Number of new connections / markets opened
• Time to go-liveRevenue share quality
• Contribution to spend capacity
• Provide regular updates with clear next actions and risks
