- Contract and Commercial Negotiation:
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers and contractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Providing expert guidance and intervention to resolve major contractual claims and disputes with contractors and suppliers.
- Overseeing project budgets, cost control, expenditure,and ensuring costs stay within projected estimates.
- Manage correspondence with internal and external teamsregarding the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling ofcontract charges, and early settlement of disputes / claims.

- Proactively managing commercial risks, including identification, analysis, and contingency planning. Managing and evaluating commercial changes on projects, ensuring proper documentation and control.
- A degree in a relevant discipline such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience in the construction industry, with specific experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, or contract administration.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, cost management software, and accounting principles.
