Job Summary
Extreme Fitness seeks a Commercial Manager to lead commercial partnerships, drive outlet expansion, and design fitness programs focused on corporate and female clients. You will lead coaching teams and collaborate with sales and business development across branches.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage commercial and corporate partnership agreements to drive business growth
- Support the expansion of outlets by coordinating operational activities and ensuring smooth branch openings
- Design, develop, and oversee fitness programs tailored specifically for female clients to meet their wellness needs
- Lead, mentor, and support female coaching teams to enhance performance and client engagement
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to align initiatives and maximize branch success
- Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development across diversified industries
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification from recognized organizations such as National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), or a Degree in Sports Science
- Passion for fitness, body transformation, and women's fitness coaching
- Strong understanding of fitness program design and client management
Willing to work across different branch locations
Able to work a 5.5-day work week
