Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and analytical Commercial Operations Executive to join our Multi-Cloud Team (GLB) in Kuala Lumpur. This role will support cloud business operations, billing management, operational reporting, supplier reconciliation, and SOP coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly billing operations for hybrid cloud business services.
- Perform supplier reconciliation and cost verification with upstream vendors.
- Support sales commission calculation, profit analysis, and operational reporting.
- Prepare operational data analysis and management reports.
- Coordinate across departments to improve operational processes and efficiency.
- Assist in SOP development, staff training, and new business platform preparation.
- Support operational planning and process optimization initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of relevant working experience in cloud computing, internet technology, business operations, or commercial support roles.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork capabilities with positive working attitude.
- Experience in operational reporting, billing, or project coordination is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or DASCA ABDA/SBDA certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to support regional stakeholders and clients.
