Job Description

Role Overview:
Supports execution of strategic commercial initiatives across the region. Coordinates cross-functional projects, tracks execution progress, prepares business analysis, and ensures timely follow-through on key actions. Drives alignment across Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver on business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial projects from initiation through completion, including timelines, tracking tools, and status updates.
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks to project delivery and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Evaluate sales trends, pipeline strength, and market movements to support commercial decision-making.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, business case preparation, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate initiatives related to customer engagement and market growth.
  • Monitor key commercial metrics and produce dashboards for leadership review.
  • Serve as a connector between Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate multi-country initiatives across the region.
  • Resolve communication gaps between departments to keep execution moving smoothly.
  • Follow through to ensure agreed action items are closed out on time.
  • Enhance commercial processes and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Establish consistent standards for tracking and overseeing projects.
  • Contribute to digital transformation and automation efforts.
  • Champion ongoing improvement initiatives across commercial operations.
  • Compile monthly reports on business performance.
  • Assess emerging risks and opportunities within the business.
  • Assist with budget preparation and long-term planning cycles.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support leadership in decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, commercial operations, strategy, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with a major ERP system and/or BI/dashboard tools is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
