Role Description

The Commercial Partnership Manager will drive growth by identifying, negotiating, and securing high-value strategic alliances with governments, foundations, and corporate entities. You will manage the end-to-end partnership lifecyclefrom initial prospecting and deal-signing to long-term account stewardshipto ensure revenue targets and strategic goals are met.

Detailed Scope of Work
  • Strategic Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and sign new commercial partnerships across government sectors, philanthropic foundations, and corporate entities.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end negotiation process to secure favorable terms that drive revenue and long-term value.
  • Relationship Stewardship: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high retention and identifying upsell or expansion opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives and deliver on strategic roadmaps.
  • Market Growth: Analyze industry trends to build a robust pipeline of high-impact collaborative opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships in Training Industry
  • Expertise in Account Management and client relationship management
  • Exceptional Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizations
  • Understanding of the Training industry and its market trends is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • The ability to work independently in a hybrid setting while delivering measurable results
