Role Description

The Commercial & Partnerships Officer is an exciting opportunity for candidates who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business process outsourcing (BPO) environment.

Working under the guidance of senior offers and managers, the Commercial & Partnerships Officer provides essential operational and administrative support to global commercial and partnership initiatives for the Company's growth.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple regions and functions.

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided covering Japan and other country-specific commercial and partnerships processes and internal systems. This role offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen both operational and soft skills within a global consulting environment, paving the way for future career progression. While helpful, no prior professional experience is required, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Support global Commercial and Partnerships teams with daily operations and administration.
  • Prepare marketing materials tailored to client needs.
  • Align, draft, and deliver proposals, RFPs, and contracts based on negotiated terms.
  • Respond to internal and external queries within defined timelines.
  • Track and update sales and partnership pipelines and progress.
  • Coordinate and manage channel partner, ambassador, and referral programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all commercial and partnership records.
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in business-level English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
