Job Description
- Leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise outcomes across retail and fulfilment initiatives.
- Project Management Office (PMO) activities for the rollout of strategic initiatives within the retail and fulfilment sphere.
- Identifying potential growth opportunities for Shopee through retail and fulfilment initiatives.
- Identifying and overcoming challenges through comprehensive investigation, analysis, and solution design, while continually monitoring and reporting on key issues affecting retail and fulfillment efforts.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute projects that support key business objectives.
- Engaging with senior leadership to drive forward key growth initiatives within the retail and fulfilment ecosystem.
- Taking full ownership of project resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the successful execution of retail and fulfilment initiatives and their alignment with broader business goals.
Requirements
- A Bachelor&aposs degree is required
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques would be advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to execution.
