Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end commercial projects across multiple SEA markets, from initiation, execution, delivery, and post-project review
- Translate regional commercial strategies and client briefs into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and country-level workstreams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within approved budgets, while meeting commercial and client objectives
Multi-Country & Stakeholder Alignment
- Coordinate inputs across multiple cross functional teams
- Drive consistency in execution while allowing for local market customisation
Governance, Reporting & Communication
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, including project trackers and status reports.
- Provide regular, structured updates to senior stakeholders on project progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions required
- Facilitate regional and country project meetings, ensuring clear actions, owners, and timelines
Risk, Resource & Budget Management
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate project risks and dependencies that could impact delivery
- Track resource allocation across teams and markets, flagging capacity constraints early
Continuous Improvement & Ad Hoc Support
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify learnings and opportunities for process improvement
- Support ad hoc commercial analysis, operational improvements, and new project roll-outs as required
- Where needed, assume complementary roles such as business analysis and change management
Requirements
- Qualifications in Project Management or a related discipline
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in: Digital platforms, healthcare, pharma, consumer health, or professional services
- Proven experience managing multi-country or regional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of commercial project delivery, timelines, and client-facing work
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities
- Open for candidates from Malaysia or Indonesia
Preferred / Advantageous
- Experience working with SEA markets (e.g. MY, ID, PH, VN, TH)
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or health-tech ecosystems
- Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and project tracking skills (Gantt, trackers, dashboards)
