Commercial Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the delivery and process improvement of overseas orders (including sales loan and prototype loan), complying with the policies of the destination country for compliant delivery, and supporting the company's overseas business.

1. Responsible for controlling contract entry and exit, standardizing the order fulfillment process, and preventing contract fulfillment risks;

2. Responsible for order (including sales borrowing) fulfillment cycle management, identifying and processing stalled orders, and shortening the order fulfillment cycle;

3. Responsible for the prediction and achievement of regional (country) revenue, invoicing, and payment collection;

4. Responsible for the management of prototype borrowing and ensuring that the accounts are consistent;

5. Responsible for assisting overseas agents in maintenance work;

6. Responsible for assisting the sales department in order data statistics and analysis to provide support for sales management.

Job Requirements:

1. Can use Chinese, English and local language as working languages;

2. More than two years of foreign trade export work experience, familiar with the international trade LTC/IPD process, and knowledge base on import and export customs logistics will be given priority;

3. Proficient in using Excel, Power Point, Word and other office software;

4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, have strong logic, be good at teamwork, have strong execution, learning, communication and public relations abilities, be familiar with relevant import and export policies of regional countries, be good at integrating internal and external resources, and maintain customer relationships.
