We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our kitchen team in a fresh pasta-specialty restaurant!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Carrying out daily kitchen operations
- Following the SOP set by the restaurant
- Managing the grill station - Mise en Place, Service, Ordering, Inventory Management
- Preparing and executing grilled meats and sauces with consistency
- Following the standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Assisting with menu development and creative input
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in Italian / modern European kitchens is an advantage
- Strong cooking fundamentals with passion for fresh pasta
- Ability to manage a section with confidence and precision
- A positive, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset
