Job Description

  • Responsible for food preparation/daily preparation

  • Support the Sous Chef in the daily activities of the food preparation including inventory and
    purchasing of supplies.

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping and storing food.

  • Check supplies and prepare lists and ensure all items are prepared in timely.

  • Wash and disinfect Kitchen area, workstation, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.

  • Review status of work and follow-up actions required with the Sous Chef before leaving.

  • To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by Superior to ensure the achievement of
    desired departmental working efficiency.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
