Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Muar for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting PruBSN's family takaful products to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and preparing accurate documentation to support clients. The Sales Associate will also represent PruBSN in client meetings and events, ensuring professionalism and alignment with the organization's values.

Qualifications

  • Sales and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify and convert leads
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Customer service and client management capabilities
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Prior experience in sales or financial services is advantageous
  • Minimum academic qualification of SPM or equivalent
