Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Team Lead located in Bintulu Sarawak. The Commission Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing commission processes, generating and analyzing financial reports related to commissions, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and financial policies.

1. Lead and manage the commercial/commission team for construction projects

2. Review and verify commission calculations tied to project milestones, sales, or collections

3. Coordinate with Project Managers, QS, Finance, and Sales teams

4. Monitor project margins and ensure commission payouts align with approved budgets
