Commissioning Manager

Summary of the role

As CVS Manager (Commissioning, Value & Start-up), you'll lead structured commissioning and start-up for new equipment/process changes, driving fast ramp-up to target performance, ensuring safe adoption, and securing value realization from CAPEX projects through strong governance and capability building.

What you'll be doing

• Commissioning & start-up leadership: run change management, build start-up plans/risk assessments/ ramp-up strategies, and coordinate cross-functional readiness for safe go-live.
• Performance stabilization: accelerate ramp-up to target OEE/ output, track start-up KPIs (waste, downtime, yield, throughput), and lead RCA to eliminate start-up losses.
• Value realization & governance: track CAPEX savings/ productivity gains, run post-implementation reviews, report progress, and ensure accountability transfer for sustained results.
• Handover & capability building: drive structured handover to Production, support training for operators/ maintenance, embed SOPs and controls, and reinforce behavioral adoption post go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/ food production environment.
• Proven experience in commissioning, equipment start-up, and CAPEX projects.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, Lean, TPM, and root cause methodologies.
• Project management experience preferred.
