We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end testing and validation of large scale data center infrastructure projects in SEA. You will be responsible for the Final Test - ensuring every system (Power, Cooling, Fire) is bulletproof before the facility goes live.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end commissioning activities for data centre projects, including electrical, mechanical, controls and life safety systems
- Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, method statements, and progress tracking
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities across MEP contractors, vendors, and third-party specialists
- Support and participate in Integrated Systems Testing (IST), failover testing, and system recovery scenarios
- Identify and manage commissioning risks, single points of failure, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Prepare commissioning reports, documentation, and support project handover
- Provide technical guidance and on-site support to local teams
- Support projects primarily in Thailand, with travel to other ASEAN countries as required
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data centre commissioning, testing & commissioning, or critical facilities delivery
- Hands-on experience with MEP systems including:
- Electrical power distribution (MV/LV, UPS, generators, transformers)
- Chiller plants, cooling towers, pumps, ACMV systems
- BMS and system integration
- Fire protection and life safety systems
- Exposure to data centre commissioning standards and Tier III environments preferred
- Experience participating in or supporting Integrated Systems Testing (IST) is highly advantageous
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and on-site execution capability
- Able to work under tight timelines and fast-paced project environments
- Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia
