Responsible for centralizing procurement services focusing on after sales parts and maintain related register to ensure compliance with Company policy:
1. Cost Management oversight by analyzing the Purchase Value (PV) of each company in Automotive Distribution (AD) Group related with After Sales Parts.
2. Identify and propose the best strategic sourcing for DHAS based on each after sales part PV by AD Group by managing and establishing the risks.
3. Responsible to study the best approach on after sales parts for centralization of the procurement services total solutions for Automotive Distribution companies.
4. Lead complex negotiation with principals and dealers for the best approach on the supply chain to get the best and competitive price for DHAS and AD companies.
5. To continue monitor the total centralization procurement process and propose for improvement.
6. Annual Cost Reduction (CR) planning and execution for DHAS in each centralization processes.
7. To comply as per Management Direction.
