Summary of the Role
The Communications Intern supports our regional office with localised branding, sales enablement, and content development. You will help adapt global marketing materials, support internal and external events, and contribute to customer storytelling and market research. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in B2B communications within a global industrial business.

About the role
Your Responsibilities
- Content Localisation: Adapt global marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, to suit local market needs and language preferences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Local Branding Development: Contribute to enhancing brand presence in the local office environment, including office visuals, branded templates, and signage, aligned with Gutor's global branding.
- Sales Support: Assist the regional sales team with customer-facing content such as one-pagers, presentations, and proposals, ensuring materials align with current campaigns and product positioning.
- Event Coordination Support: Help plan and execute local events such as trade shows, customer visits, and internal communications events, supporting content preparation, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Market Research and Benchmarking: Research local industry trends, competitor marketing, and relevant communication channels, sharing findings to inform campaign localisation and content planning.
- Customer Storytelling: Support efforts to identify and develop regional customer success stories and testimonials, coordinating with the global team to shape them into effective communication assets.
- Internal Communications: Assist with the creation and rollout of local internal communications, including updates, ESG-related messaging, and employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
- Marketing Administration: Provide administrative support for day-to-day marketing activities, including maintaining project trackers, organizing marketing assets, vendor coordination, and supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program: Pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and well-organized documents.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in process documents, policies, and operational tasks.
