Role Description

The Communication Specialist (Fresh Graduate) role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, the specialist will support client campaigns by delivering clear and engaging messages during roadshows, events, and face-to-face presentations. Responsibilities include preparing communication materials, presenting brand messages to customers, collecting feedback, and ensuring consistent and professional representation of client brands. The specialist will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, participate in strategy discussions, and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement. The role also involves continuous learning through mentorship, training sessions, and on-the-job coaching to develop communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Qualifications
