Job Description

Be a part of H/Advisors Klareco's amazing team of consultants across the region – working together to contribute ideas and solutions to power Klareco's growth and differentiate our offering in the market.

As an Executive in Klareco, you will play an important role in supporting client teams and enabling Klareco to generate excellent results for our communication campaigns.

Your research and support will provide a firm foundation to ensure the smooth delivery and execution of client work and new business pitches. You will be a valued member of the team, contributing ideas and solutions to differentiating our offering in Asia, as well as liaising with other offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Servicing

  • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure high-quality delivery under guidance
  • Assist in implementing client programs and supporting client meetings when appropriate
  • Take initiative in providing account support and actively contribute to media monitoring for assigned accounts

Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, stepping in for senior team members as needed

Media and Stakeholder Relations

  • Develop media relations and engage with reporters
  • Understand stakeholder, media, and analyst landscapes, including mapping
  • Craft compelling media pitches under guidance and secure media placements
  • Maintain media lists and distribute press materials
  • Develop and nurture key stakeholder contacts

Content

  • Create high-quality content with guidance from senior team members

Business Leadership and Support

  • Provide strong support to account teams and senior members
  • Actively contribute to internal initiatives and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate across teams, supporting research, admin tasks, and process/template development

New Business

  • Assist in creating proposals, including content and logistics
  • Conduct insightful research to support senior team members in new business meetings, pitches, and presentations

Skills, Experience and Behaviours

  • Degree in Communications or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
