Role Description

This temporary on-site role, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, is for a Communications Manager. The Communications Manager will manage the development and execution of effective communication strategies, oversee internal and external communications, and ensure brand consistency. The role includes responsibilities such as crafting press releases, coordinating with media and stakeholders, managing social media platforms, and supporting public relations initiatives. The Communications Manager will also be in charge of driving engagement through creative and impactful communication campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on crafting press releases, public relations materials, and marketing content
• Proficiency in developing and executing communication strategies to promote brand and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and managing corporate communication channels
• Ability to manage projects, organize events, and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to communication challenges
• Experience in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) industry or event management is a distinct advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
