Who are we looking for

  • A people-person and an excellent communicator. You can not only talk the talk but also walk the walk when it comes to advocating for healthier, more sustainable lifestyles.You get what we're about and can communicate it in a way that resonates.

  • We're looking for someone that can help generate leads, drive sales, acquire customers and then grow with them! Pun Intended! You are a self-starter that is willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. You have the ability to adapt and think on your feet. You have strong interpersonal skills. You are comfortable networking.

  • You are someone with a growth, can do, data driven mindset. You have at least 3 years previous sales or business development experience.

  • You have a good grasp of social media channels: think Instagram stories, LinkedIn posts, maybe even some TikTok for good measure

You are an urban farmerand a lifestyle enthusiast

  • Regularly visit and help manage our community of wall farms throughout Kuala Lumpur with support and assistance.
  • Encourage, enthuse, empower and educate our communities to grow their own food and live healthier, happier, more sustainable and self-sufficient lives. No previous farming experience required - we can teach that.

You help with marketingand act as a brand ambassador

  • Organise pop up events and help conduct workshops with clients
  • From time to time, represent Grobrix at trade shows with that contagious enthusiasm of yours.
  • Grow your personal brand and promote the company profile with social media channels.

You help drive business development and sales

  • Help generate leads and drive the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client presentations with a view to customer acquisition.
  • You should be as comfortable on Zoom as you are in the boardroom.

You are an account manager

  • Be a primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring continued partnership and support. Identify upsell opportunities and work to develop them
