We are a fast-growing tech startup building an AI-powered talentproduction platform for the film, TV, theatre, and creative industries. Our mission is to connect emerging talents with casting opportunities while helping productions discover and manage the right people quickly and efficiently.

Role Description

As our Community Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our platform, supporting talents and productions, ensuring smooth onboarding, and fostering a vibrant community. Youll manage day-to-day interactions, coordinate engagement activities, and provide first-line support. The role also includes growth support for production partnerships, and occasional executive coordination to keep the team running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Management and Community Engagement
  • Skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Content
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin/Tamil a plus).
  • Excellent people skills with a natural ability to connect and build trust.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Comfortable handling social media/community platforms.
  • Problem-solver with initiative and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to support outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to the fast pace of a startup.
