Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in all aspects of company secretarial work and related statutory requirements.
  • Assist the company secretary to provide basic secretarial services to clients.
  • Assist the company secretary in maintaining the corporate files by understanding the packing of files and filing of the documents.
  • Prepare the relevant documents such as resolutions, company statutory forms, minutes, and all other documents as requested by the clients from time to time.
  • Assist in coordinating and attending the meetings such as Board Meetings, General Meetings, Committees Meetings and other meetings includes preparation of board papers and minutes writing.
  • Prepare and draft emails, letters, notice, minutes and others.
  • Dealing with portfolio allocated.

Job Requirements

Positions : Company Secretarial Assistant / Assistant Manager / Senior / Junior Secretarial Assistant

  • ICSA qualification or currently pursuing ICSA course.
  • With or without working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Well-versed with the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulatory requirements.
