To prepare board and members resolutions or minutes,
To prepare annual returns, and other statutory documents to the Companies Registry in HK, BVI, Cayman Islands and Malaysia;
To liaise and respond to clients requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters on a timely basis and maintain good relationship with clients;
To attend meetings;
To prepare fee quotation and follow up actions with clients;
To assist with any other secretarial matters; administrative and special assignments
What Do We Expect From You
degree in Accounting, Corporate Secretarial, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Fluent in English & Mandarin. Cantonese will be an added advantage;
Good attention to details and well organised in work; and
Independent and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
