Job Description

  1. Secretarial compliance works and support services to PLUS Malaysia Berhad Group of companies (PMB Group) and provide advice on all matters relating to company secretarial practice.
  2. Communications, correspondence and act as a bridge between the Company, Board, Management and Shareholders by attending to shareholders queries.
  3. Review notices and resolutions, compilation of papers and provide administrative and support services in convening Board Meetings & Board Committee Meetings of PMB Group and affiliates and/or such other companies as directed by superior.
  4. Attendance, preparation and review of minutes of meetings of Board of Directors, Shareholders, Board Committees & Senior Management Committee.
  5. Maintenance of statutory books, records and files and ensure compliance with laws/rules/regulations of Companies Act 2016, Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, Bursa Listing Requirements (if applicable), Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (where applicable).
  6. Ensuring the necessary policies, procedures, Terms of the Reference, other related documents with regards to Corporate Governance are available and review of the same to ensure it is updated.
  7. Corporate Secretarial & Company Statutory (as required by the Companies Act 2016) records keeping and maintenance.
  8. Coordinate on Directors Remuneration payment every quarter, directors claims, etc.
