.Conduct market intelligence through benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness within industry standards
.Conduct job evaluations to assess job positions and appropriate compensation levels
.Partner with Corporate HR Compensation and Benefits (C&B) to implement global frameworks, programs, and processes in Malaysia
.Partner with Global Shared Services to ensure the administration of various benefits programs and processes are executed according to work instructions. Provide guidance and support to the Country Human Resources Business Partner on compensation and benefits-related topics
.Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and customer requirements
.Analyze data related to compensation and benefits and prepare reports to track program effectiveness
.Develop and update compensation and benefits policies and procedures
.Support and manage inbound and outbound employee delegation processes
.Support the performance management process. Collaborate with Corporate HR C&B to support the annual salary review process, including budget proposals
