Job Description for

Sales Incentive Analyst (Work Mode -> on Site)

You will have a customer facing services role. You will communicate in professional manner, with external and internal parties i.e. Internal Sales Reps, Sales, IT, Finance, Channel Sales Managers and External Rep. You will balance multiple priorities with strict deadlines, maintain a high level of accuracy, possess strong attention to detail, and customer service. You are required to think critically and have creative problem solving skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration is a must.

Roles and responsibilities for Sales Incentive Analyst include but not limited to:

Regional Split:

  • Perform split request daily in DSS system to ensure billing revenue are being correctly allocate to the FSE/Region in accordance to assignment annual sales plan.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation to ensure the revenue is tally in various source
  • Monthly close of regional split cycle

Design Win Revenue (DWR) calculation process

  • On quarterly basis
  • When Altera DWR result is available, perform DWR calculation according to setup needed
  • Ensure DWR Incentive are correctly paid based on the assignment and result

New Hire, Transfer-in/Transfer out, Termination, LOA

  • Track weekly HR and workday report to sort out New Hires, New transfer-in/out, Termination and LOA
  • Ensure new hires Incentive plan are being set up correctly in the system
  • Calculate Incentive payment for Transfer-in/Transfer out, Termination, LOA

Pay validation:

  • Perform monthly pay validation to ensure element Incentive payout are correct
  • Incorporate New Hires, Transfer-in/Transfer out, Termination, LOA into Incentive payout to avoid over/underpayment of Incentive
  • After validation, prepare payroll file, put in respective folder and informed payroll department

External Incentive:

  • Prepare external Rep Incentive on monthly/quarterly basis
  • Send External Rep Incentive to Geo lead for review and approval
  • Fill up form with each external rep payment and submit to Account Payable team

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on sales compensation administration or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of incentive plan structures (quotas, accelerators, pay mix, and on-target earnings, excellence, pay for performance) and tools is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills: model building, use of advanced formulas and arrays, pivot tables, data manipulation.
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization to solve problems.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis software (like Excel), and strong communication skills are also very important.
