The Job:
- Review existing policies, cost/benefit analysis on Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure and processes
- Design, develop and implement C&B programmes through strong engagement of key stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR business partners, HR shared services
- Coordinate monthly final payroll checking while BSC is responsible for monthly payroll with external payroll vendor Prosoft
- Responsible for HR Policies (Employee Handbook)review, update and communication to employees, bi-annually where applicable.
- Lead the annual Company insurance renewal withbroker
- Evaluate, manage third party vendors responsible for providing data or services for benefits programmes, ensuring contract obligations are met e.g. MHC vendor
- HRIS Key user for system management of Leave& Payroll Portal (Prosoft) and SAP for Personnel Data Management.
- Coordinate claims / payments
