We are currently seeking a dedicated Compliance Administrator (Chinese speaker) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will provide crucial support to both the Compliance Department and the Director of the company, ensuring all corporate entities remain legally compliant. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Chinese and possess a background in Law or Finance, with a passion for growing their career within a fast-paced iGaming company

Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Responsible for corporate secretarial and compliance matters, including the full-process operations of company registration, modification, and deregistration.

·        Liaise with third-party institutions such as banks, tax authorities, and administration for industry and commerce to handle account opening, tax registration, annual inspections, filings, and other related matters.

·        Manage the organization, archiving, and updating of important company licenses, seals, contracts, and compliance documents.

·        Follow up on daily compliance risk alerts, records, and improvement recommendations to ensure business operations are conducted in compliance.

·        Assist in the formulation, optimization, and implementation of the company's administrative compliance-related processes and systems.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.

·        1–3 years of work experience in compliance or corporate affairs or finance.

·        Hands -on experience with  company registration, tax registration and banking industry and commerce liaison is preferred.

·        Meticulous and rigorous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution ability, and an awareness of confidentiality.

·        Fluent in Chinese and English.

·        Experience in the iGaming or FinTech industry is a strong advantage.
