The Compliance & AML Specialist will support the development, execution, and maintenance of the Group's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring (TM) framework. This role works closely with Operations, Product, and Big IT teams to help ensure effective detection of suspicious activity, adherence to regulatory expectations, and continuous strengthening of

the Group's financial crime controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and enhancement of the firm's Transaction Monitoring controls, including rules, scenarios, thresholds, and customer segmentation.
• Support TM system development and testing activities in collaboration with technology and data teams.
• Conduct periodic reviews of alert quality, rule performance, and typology coverage, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update TM-related policies, procedures, documentation, and risk assessments.
• Assist with regulatory requests, audits, examinations, and internal reporting.
• Support compliance assessments for new product launches and market expansions to ensure TM readiness.
• Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and training on AML/TM processes to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in ongoing enhancement of AML programs, including typology research and risk analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of professional experience in AML, Financial Crime, Compliance, or related regulatory discipline.
• Demonstrated exposure to key AML functions, including Transaction Monitoring, customer due diligence (CDD/KYC), sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring.
• Familiarity with AML regulations, typologies, and risk management frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Transaction Monitoring tools or AML systems.
• Experience in fintech, payments, brokerage, crypto, or neobanking environments.
• CAMS, ICA, or other relevant certifications (or willingness to pursue).
