We're Hiring: Executive, Compliance & HSEQ

Are you passionate about compliance, health & safety, food safety, and quality management Join our team as an Executive, Compliance & HSEQ and play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations within our temperature-controlled Halal food logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Compliance, HSEQ, Food Safety, and Halal policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Conduct routine operational inspections across warehouses, cold rooms, freezers, and transportation activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, food safety standards, Halal certification, and ISO management systems.
• Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate audit preparations and support internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Maintain compliance documentation, records, reports, and statutory submissions.
• Promote HSEQ, food safety, and Halal awareness through training and operational engagement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety, quality, and compliance culture.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Compliance, HSEQ, Food Safety, or logistics operations.
• Experience in temperature-controlled logistics, cold chain, or Halal food handling is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
