Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System & Environment System throughout the shop floor.
Coordinate the review of Quality and or Environment procedures associated with shop floor continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and Maintain the Quality and Environment Procedures, relevant documents and ensure contents are appropriate for shop floor.
Analyze current and future procedural needs of the shop floor.
Conduct Quality and or Environment Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other production personal.
Organize and manage the production internal and external audit system and to assist to development and administration of corrective and preventive action (CAPA)to improve overall ISO compliance and quality results.
Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
Shall intercepted unfamiliar & unaccompanied person entrance to production restricted area example: SCS
Keeping immediate superior informed of progress.
Undertake special projects or related duties as required.
Job Qualification:
Attended to at least 5 years of education in secondary level or its equivalent to 2 years in relevant field experience.
Preferably experience in quality control program operations, to include standards & measurement techniques.
Computer literate in Excel, Power Point, MS Word.
Preferably ability to apply quality control theories and principles to an operational environment
Positive working attitude and characters.
Good team working and the aptitude to work alone
Preferably be available to work rotating shifts, including days, nights and weekends. Overtime is often available.
Self -discipline.
Preferably possess with ISO QMS, EMS & FDA basic knowledges.
