Job Vacancy:

Manager, Compliance

• Scope: Dual jurisdiction (Singapore & Malaysia)

Accountabilities:

• Compliance Oversight: Manage regulatory compliance matters for both Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring all business activities align with local laws and group internal policies.
• AML & KYC Management: Oversee day-to-day AML/KYC screenings and continuous monitoring for the group's regulated corporate service entities.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify cross-border compliance risks and support the maintenance of internal control frameworks.
• Reporting & Audits: Facilitate regulatory submissions and coordinate internal compliance reviews or inspections across both jurisdictions.
• Advisory: Provide practical guidance to internal teams on regulatory changes and best practices.

Who you are:

• Experience:46 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related regulatory role.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory landscapes in Singapore and Malaysia (e.g., ACRA, SSM, AML/CFT guidelines).
• Language Skills:Essential ability to read and understand both English and Chinese documents to support regional documentation and cross-border files.
• Attributes: A high degree of integrity, professional skepticism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
