Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Pharmacist in compounding health products according to formulas.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Haves)

  • Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
  • Some hands-on experience – this could be:

  • Internship or lab assistant work in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food science lab; involving mixing, weighing, or formulation.
  • Willingness to learn – you don't need to know everything; you need to be curious and coachable.
  • Comfortable standing for lab work and wearing PPE (gloves, lab coat, goggles).

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Prior experience in compounding (any type).
  • Knowledge of cosmetic or health product ingredients.
  • Familiarity with basic lab equipment.
  • Knowledge of GMP and local regulations.

Why Join Us

  • Work directly with a senior pharmacist who will mentor you.
  • Gain valuable skills in product formulation and lab compounding – a niche, growing field.
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior compounding technician role.
  • Hands-on, creative, and science-driven work environment.
