MAINTENANCE (CNC)

Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,00 (negotiate based on experience)

A manufacturing company in Nilai is looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance to support plant operations and machine reliability.

This role is suitable for candidates with practical experience in machine troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and spare part control in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Repair and troubleshoot CNC machines and other production-related machinery

- Carry out routine machine checking and prepare the necessary maintenance reports

- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in planning and carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance

- Maintain, update, and control machine spare parts

- Ensure 5S practices are maintained at the workplace

- Comply with health, safety, and company regulations

- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance

- Practical knowledge in CNC electrical systems

- Experience in PLC systems and CNC machine electronic systems will be an added advantage

- Able to work on 2-shift rotation

- Able to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
