Role Description
The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Johor Baharu. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components in accordance with technical specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, programming CNC machines, performing machining tasks such as milling, monitoring the machining process, and conducting quality control inspections to ensure compliance with standards. The role also involves routine maintenance of machinery and troubleshooting issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining techniques
- Skilled in Milling and working with machinery to produce accurate components
- Strong understanding of Quality Control to ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Experience with CNC machine programming is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred
