Concierge - Valet, Hyatt Centric City Centre Kuala Lumpur

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Concierge - Valet is responsible to provide an exceptional customer service and safely park the customer's vehicles in the assigned valet parking area.

• Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Concierge - Valet in a luxury hotel brand.

• Valid driving license - Class D (mandatory)

• Proven ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles

• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods

• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
